Last week I visit a scheme( say scheme A ) launch by a local real estate player, opp to Pal Balaji temple, approx one KM inside from the main road. It is not professionally created scheme, Just land surrendered in Development Authority office and Patta was issued. Roads were 35 feet wide and the approach road to colony from main temple was 30 feet wide. No Dambar road, only mud road.
